Hello,

There is a current bug with eas when syncing event created on outlook. This has
been reported to Microsoft but they don’t seem to take an interest in…

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/activesync-dont-sync-events-created-with-outlook/1ff33063-3f84-47d7-8781-ea55402f30b4

For the record they broke eas in an outlook update. They made a patch but
syncing the event created on outlook still doesn’t work. Outlook eas service
crash when syncing so SOGo never receives any message.

Subject: RE: [SOGo] Syncronisation EAS

Hello

I use EAS as my connection configuration.

If you look at the file Outlook_2021_secondTest.jpg , you can see that on 14
November , there is an event, but I can't find it in :

SOGo Webmail , SOGo5_no_cal_secondTest.jpg

Calendrier Mac OS, Calendrier_MacOS_no_SecondTest.jpg

Calendrier IOS, Calendrier_IOS_Cal_no_SecondTest.png

Logical?

Michel

You should open a bugreport at <https://sogo.nu/bugs> https://sogo.nu/bugs

When you do, be a lot more verbose:

* which version of Outlook

* which version of SOGo

* inserting events where, synchronizing to what

Best would be step by step instructions and the relevant configuration

settings and error messages.

Kind regards,
