Hello

That is a SMTP error message, which has nothing to do with SOGo.

It is a character outside ASCII, which is not allowed in email Headers, except it states UTF-8 usage in smtputf8.
But the used character is not an UTF-8 character either.
Therefore it is an invalid email, so what do you expect?
