Hi all,

I'm currently trying to set up a SOGo system with Postfix (3.4.13) and Dovecot 
(2.3.21) on a server running Plesk (18.0.62)/ Ubuntu(20.04.6). With the help of 
this E-Mail (https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg06244.html), I have 
already managed to send appointment invitations via an SMTP master account. Now 
setting up the IMAP service is causing me problems.

After switching to the SOGo email module in the web frontend, I end up in a 
white, blank screen. Despite the activated debug flags, the SOGo logs are not 
showing any errors or warnings.

However in the dovecot logs i get the following message line:
dovecot: imap-login: Disconnected: Connection closed (no auth attempts in 120 
secs): user=<>, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, TLS handshaking: Connection 
closed, session=<1H61QN0beMh/AAAB>>

I recognize, that the user is empty, but i dont know how to fix this issue. In 
addition, I'm not receiving any cancellations or acceptances of appointments 
that have been sent via a calendar entry.

Both the Postfix server and the Dovecot server work fine with an Outlook, which 
i use as a test mail client.

Hopefully this is the last problem I have to work on. Any ideas on how to fix 
this? I will provide additional logs or config-files once I know what is needed 
to resolve this issue.
