The first plugin help all users to make the right text direction in all languages that work from right to left like Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi. BiDi (Text Direction): https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/bidi The second plugin support easy inserting of emoji characters by opening the emoji dropdown with a toolbar button.
