I just rediscovered SOGo.

I am looking for a webmail interface hat will allow myself and another employee to manage emails and calendars together.


From what I understand, SOGo can use an existing IMAP server, whcih I already have,   Is this truer?

My current calendaring system is in NextCloud.   Can SOGo link with NextCloud for the calendar?


Two features that I was not able to see/test on the demo are:

1 - is their a tagging system?

2 - Is there a way to attach a note of some kind to an email? This way, a note can be read in the future by myself, or the other person managing the email.


These two features are available in Thunderbird, but, the tags and notes remain local.   We are trying to find away so that both of us can share it and work on it.
