Hello This could be differnt things. * Outlook can not find the DNS entry for your SOGo server name * The machine with Outlook has a firewall restricting access to your SOGo server * There is a firewall between your Outlook machine and your SOGo server restricting access * You use a self signed certificate on your SOGo server.
