Hello everyone, I am Alessandro Nardin, currently a second-year bachelor's student studying Computer Engineering at the University of Trento in northern Italy. I have been selected to participate in this year's Google Summer of Code program.
My project focuses on improving RTEMS Posix Compliance by refining the current implementation of the AIO Interface. In particular, I aim to: - Refactor existing methods to improve code readability - Implement missing functions in the existing methods - Implement missing methods, such as lio_listio() and aio_suspend(). During this summer, I hope to make useful contributions to RTEMS by completing my project to the best of my ability. This is the first time for me contributing to projects of this scale, and so I hope to learn a lot during this experience. I'm really excited to work with you. Thank you for the opportunity. Best regards, Alessandro Nardin GSOC2024_NARDIN_Posix_AIO_Implementation <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UXSAWppHB2gBhtXYMdMJEHDWSvYC_1NPV3ZGkKbl0-k/edit?usp=drive_web>
