Well Just only use `TMS570_USE_HWINIT_STARTUP=1 ARM_TMS570LC4357=1 BSP_MINIMUM_TASK_STACK_SIZE=2048` after configure will make the configuration. I thought --with-rtems-bspopts should do it.
