Hello Dave,
this looks like a memory corruption issue. I would use GDB and check the
value of mutex objects SMP lock. If next_ticket and now_serving differ
by more than one on the GR712RC, something is seriously wrong. Which
RTEMS version do you use?
It may help to enable the stack checker and the RTEMS internal debugging
support (RTEMS_DEBUG = True or --enable-rtems-debug).
