all tools and rtems were remote/master pulls from the git repos.
by building for a different bsp (xilinx_zynq_a9) first, I then built
the realview board and it succeeded...thus telling me that the
realview setup is missing a required component in the build, that it
was only able to find AFTER creating for the xilinx board.
Maybe this was an issue with a missing bootstrap of the RTEMS sources or
a broken build tree. I was not able to reproduce this issue.
