Hi RTEMS community, I am also one of the happy students that got accepted for GSoC this year.
I graduated in Applied Computer Science B.Sc. at TU Dortmund last year. Now I am pursuing my M.Sc. in Computer Science. During my studium i got rather fond of real-time systems and hardware near coding. In my GSoC Project I intend to bring PRU support to Texas Instruments Sitara SoCs. A PRU is a Programmable Real time Unit, that is capable of fast i/o access, just naming one of its features. My final intention is to showcase a PRU program running with RTEMS on the Beagle Bone Black(BBB). If you are interested please have a look at my wiki page and let me know.
