Also I found that in 2016 CMSIS was added to RTEMS code base: https://devel.rtems.org/log/rtems/c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/stm32f4x/hal/CMSIS/RTOS/Template/cmsis_os.h?rev=370c09a1f4012139aebabb4f2c9ec081855fc94d But now there are no CMSIS headers files.
