You have a space in the path and that will break many many things ported from a POSIX or Unix environment. Did you install MSYS2 in a special place? I did a default install and it ended up in c:\msys64. I have nothing close that name under 'F:/Program Files (x86)'. Please install to F:/msys64 or something similar.
