Does it make sense to run PDFbox inside a servlet? I am thinking about to set it up with Jetty or nanohttpd (http://nanohttpd.org <http://nanohttpd.org/>). I will soon have a lot of PDF’s to be processed through PDFbox and just thinking about performance it seems to me much faster than running it from the the command line over and over again.
Maybe somebody has already implementations that could be shared? Thanks Vikas
