I'm using LibreOffice 24.2.1.2 and I see the same incorrect page numbering that you see. - Robert

Here's an attachment ods file with the resultant PDF I created via Export to PDF feature. The issue is with the following tabs: - "BILAGA II" (numbering erroneously indicates 5 when it should be 4) - "BILAGA III" (numbering erroneously indicates 4 when it should be 3) - "BILAGA X" (page number starts at 2 and number of pages indicates 8 when it should be starting at 1 and up to page 7) Can you reproduce this issue if you open the ODS file and do a PDF export? Make sure the 'Regular expressions' box is checked, enter [a-z] in the Find field, and enter x in the Replace field. If you then click on Replace All, every lower-case letter will be replaced by x. Similarly, you can use [0-9] to replace all digits by something. I don't know what the policy is here for attachments. If they're allowed, there may be a maximum size. - Robert #2 ________________________________ From: Robert Rath <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Sent: April 11, 2024 07:43 To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Subject: Incorrect page numbering on PDF export (Win11) Dear OpenOffice Support, I have a OpenCalc file that contains several tabs that when I export as PDF (landscape A4) some of the page numbers (done seperately per tab) are incorrect in the resulting PDF. For example, one the exported tabs skips page 1 and starts at page 2. Another tab has correct page numbering but the total number of pages in that tab is incorrect (i.e. displays 1 of 8, 2 of 8, etc. when it should be 1 of 7, 2 of 7). Due to the confidential nature of the data, I will not attach the OpenCalc file in question to reproduce this issue for the entire user group. I can, on the other hand, send it to someone who is internally involved in bugfixing/reproducing issues. Thanks for your time. Best, Robert
