Hi, I have installed Open Office on Windows 8. I am not able to create database . I have installed JRE properly still issue persist Kindly suggest

When I select DataBase -->Create new Database I get message "Please install JRE and restart openoffice" I also tried to add JRE location using Tools-->Options-->JAVA I get message "Folder you selected does not contain java run time" I have installed JRE and then tried with proper JDK_JRE properly and multiple times and JRE does exist at path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_301\bin" still Openoffice not ab;eto detect JRE.
