Is it the same file or is it happening with every file?
If it's the same file, there may be some issue with it.
In either case my 1st step is to uninstall OOA, and then reinstall. This
has worked for me in the past. If that doesn't work, and it's the file
itself, sometimes you can get it to open with another program.
