Aren't you confusing trademarks with copyright? The is IMHO no copyright infringement unless we are talking about the same source code being used. Trademarks, maybe, if someone registered "Base" but it's such a generic word that I doubt it. Remember once upon a time the PC/DOS database standard was DBase. FC > >
