I’ve downloaded version 4.1.6 of OpenOffice. I had checked the box saying that I wanted a desktop icon. The old icon (which was for version 4.1.0) was removed during the installation, but there’s no new icon and I can’t figure out how to get into OpenOffice now.
I do have file msvcr100.dll on my system. I can get into the OpenOffice 4.1.6 Installation Files folder. II have Windows 7. Please tell me how to open OpenOffice. Or should I remove it and reinstall 4.1.0?
