Error

I have used Calc for years.
I opened a new file today, and when finished I got an error box:
  OpenOffice 4.1.1
  Error saving document untitled1:
  General Error
  General input/output error
I have been saving other Calc files with no difficulty.
It is titled.
I copied it to a new tab on a file I use several times daily, and that file can 
be saved, but not the original file.
