To change this Security Preference to either other option, go to Applications/System Preferences/Security and Privacy, click on the Padlock symbolic the lower left corner of the Preference window. A “System Preferences is trying to unlock Security and Privacy preferences. Type your password to allow this” window will open. Type in the password that allows access to your Mac HD drive and press “return”. You can now select the “Anywhere’ option. Close Security and Privacy Preference panel. I hope this helps.
