I have no idea what you have done as I can't see the code from a picture.
The simple solution is to Format Cells and click on the diagonal lines in the Boxes tab, which gives the same effect.

I apologize, I should have enclosed pictures. The first pic is the original, health.jpg. The final pic is of print review. No diagonal lines. Health2, shows that inserted characters on line 8,12.

   I assume that you mean Cells instead of Boxes.
   What happen if you enter some data into the Cells, are they printed?
   Is the Line within the defined print range?
