I've downloaded, experienced error, uninstalled, and downloaded again. Same error:

[context = "shared" caught unexpected exception] Dell Intel I5 computer 5 months old, 90+ percent free space, Windows 7 Professional. Microsoft Office not installed. Word Perfect X-7 installed.
