Look at Insert | Manual Break and under Style, there should be Left Page
and Right Page options. These will break to the specified page. For
example, if the previous page is Left and a Left Page break is used,
then the new page will be Left, skipping a right page. If the previous
page is right and a Left Page break is used, then the new page will
continue as a left page after the previous right page with no page skipping.
