RC2 is still online at
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/ but RC3 (hopefully
the last release candidate, to be voted as OpenOffice 4.1.2) is closed
and now being built for all languages and uploaded to that URL to
replace RC2.
If everything goes well, OpenOffice 4.1.2 will be available from the
official site around the end of October.
