problem

Today my Open Office word processor has started refusing to bring up documents. 
Each document I try to bring up and open has that window with Euro text, Times 
Roman, etc. and no matter which one I select it won't open the document 
properly. It normally does not bring that window up at all. How can I get my 
Open Office back to normal? I can't access my documents at all. Thank you.
