Hi Jim: You might want to consider a program called: NitroPDF.
I use it by first importing a PDF that has fillable-fields. Then add the text strings to the form. Save my work as a PDF file, or print the filled-in form directly to local printer. This works for me and seems to to me simpler than the suggested AOO workflow. Regards, Vince_B.
