As far as I remember, you have to right click on the OpenOffice document (or is 
it the OO Application itself? - I'm not sure) and select "Run as 
Administrator".  This is a Windows message, not originating from OpenOffice, to 
do with execute rights for files. If my above advice doesn't work, query a 
Windows help site.
