Hello,
What is the difference between Background Scanning of projects and
Checking for external changes?
After reading a bit on the internet i understood that:
* Checking for external changes: Is a process to keep files updated
when they are modified externally to the Netbeans IDE and can be
disabled with Tools -> Options -> Miscellaneous -> Files -> Enable
auto-scanning of sources without drawbacks.
* But what about Background Scanning of projects, what is it? and can
it be disabled without affecting the IDE features?
* More over what is the Pause I/O Checks action does exactly?
