I disagree. :-) In a community project, there are no users. Everyone is a contributor — there are many very small and simple ways to contribute requiring little time or knowledge.
When you use technology, you either contribute money, for commercial projects, or you contribute time, for free projects. It’s never the case that you contribute nothing at all.
