I believe that that indicated something about Linux, while you're on Windows.
Maybe your JDK distribution is for Linux, and this looks strange too, in your netbeans.conf: netbeans_jdkhome="c:\java_lib\jdk-12.0.1\" I.e., are you sure Java is installed correctly? What happens when you run 'javac -version' and/or 'java version' on the command line?
