Apache NetBeans 10 vc3

Hello,
I was trying to download NetBeans 10 vc3 from links provided here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/10vc3, but I'm getting
Not Found error. Can you please check what is wrong with links?
