But this web.xml includes

</filter-mapping>
but it should have
<filter-mapping>
<filter-name>MyFacesExtensionsFilter</filter-name>
<url-pattern>/faces/myFacesExtensionResource/*</url-pattern>
</filter-mapping>
You could also try adding both...
