Is it still the case in MyFaces 1.2.0 that using this:
<context-param>
<param-name>org.apache.myfaces.ADD_RESOURCE_CLASS</param-name>
<param-value>org.apache.myfaces.component.html.util.StreamingAddResource</param-value>
</context-param>
with the Tomahawk document/documentHead/documentBody provides a performance
enhancement?
Are there any known issues using this in conjunction with a4j/richfaces
components?
