[Trinidad] must be in a ?

I was trying to use <tr:poll> on a template (facelets) page.  However, I 
ran into an error that says the <tr:poll> must be used in a form (which I 
have put the specific pages and not the master template).

Is there anyway around this?  I would like to have <tr:poll> outside of a 
<tr:form>.
