Ok. if the rendered condition on the dataTable is good, and the value
attribute on the data table is good, then do the same experiment on
the t:columns object. A t:columns component is for most purposes
just a datatable that renders "td" tags instead of "tr" tags.

Nevertheless I opted for having a fixed set of columns and rendering them
conditionally. I haven't tested it thoroughly yet, but at least the tables
are being displayed.
