Hi,
I added <phase>pre-site</phase>. POM looks like this:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-antrun-plugin</artifactId>
<version>1.3</version>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>pre-site</phase>
<configuration>
<tasks>
<ant antfile="javadoc-gen.xml" target="javadoc"/>
</tasks>
</configuration>
<goals>
<goal>run</goal>
</goals>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
I still dont see the ant task being run.
mvn antrun:run
javadoc is not getting created in target.
