This does not solve Bob's problem. Assume that Bob is working on a
branch of Foo. At some point he will A) merge the trunk's changes into
his branch, or B) merge the branch into the trunk and then switch to
the trunk. If this happens after Alice increments Foo's trunk to 2.2-
SNAPSHOT, the problem will occur.
