Hi Stephan, I doubt there is a plugin doing this directly since it is a rather specialized task. But you can achieve the same using an Ant script invoked by Maven (maven-antrun-plugin) and/or the maven-assembly-plugin. Furthermore it should be possible to add this distribution as "attached artifact" to the Maven build
