At first, when I tryed to install the ojdbc14.jar it failed due to the proxy
(I`d not configure it ). 
Later it went right, and the file is in my local repository 
.../.m2/repository/com/oracle/ojdbc14/ ...

I`m now asking the DSpace-tech list too, thanks.
