Yes, repo1 is the main Maven repo. I also use the web interface, and
occasionally mvnrepository.com. I've never had a need for anything
more, personally.

I'd imagine the junit 4.4 release will be made available in the repo
when someone from the junit team submits it. If this is a priority for
you, check with the junit dev team.
