I am following firstportlet from jetspeed2

and got stuck at creating the war. I looked at maven-1.x tutorials but they are
mostly on jar and not war. Can someone give me a little help with this?
my dir looks like:
FirstPortlet - maven.xml
project.properties
project.xml
src - java - de - oio - portlets - FirtsPortlet.java
webapp - jsp - firstportlet.jsp
WEB-INF - portlet.xml
web.xml
