Hi all, I am very surprised by the discussion in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEAR-46 regarding the inclusion of ejb-client type dependencies in the generated application.xml. Even though David and Stephane agree that ejb-client != application client, Stephane has made it default behaviour to include tags for ejb-client dependencies.
This is against the j2ee spec and it certainly doesn't work in websphere 5.1. I'm going to reopen an issue for this (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEAR-53).
