You could try using the jboss-maven-plugin, like this:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.codehaus.mojo</groupId>
<artifactId>jboss-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<configuration>
<jbossHome>/path/to/jboss</jbossHome>
</configuration>
</plugin>
And then run one of its goals (deploy / harddeploy)
