We have a project with eclipse standard layout, where dependencies are
under WEB-INF/lib.
java source files are directly under moduleweb/Javasource.
and test files under moduelweb/test. It is not actually so different
from maven structrure directory.
We decided to use maven to manage build cycle.
I had to modify as maven way our dependency, and use maven eclipse
plugin to regenerate eclipse files

I use sourcedirectory and testsourcedirectory tags to tell to maven
where are sources.

It works fine.
