Thanks Tim. ($basedir) solves half of my problem. But I still cant find
enough info in the plugin goal parameters page.

Looks like warSourceDirectory> corresponds to /src/main/webapp directory.
What is the parameter name(s) for ejb, jar and war plugins corresponding to
/src/main/java directory ?
