I did find that if I added this to the POM then I was able to get the
jxr plugin automatically by Maven2:
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.codehaus.mojo</groupId>
<artifactId>jxr-maven-plugin</artifactId>
</plugin>
</plugins>
I was just under the impression as stated earlier that org.codehaus.mojo
plug-ins would be found automatically...
