Yeah, pretty much.  Each jar you need that is not in ibibilio should
be added to your shared repository.

You use deploy:deploy-file.  Some details are in this discussion:

To the list as a whole: Documentation on this needs to be improved. 
http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-repositories.html
has missing sections.  How to run deploy:deploy-file needs to sit
alongside this:
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-installing-3rd-party-jars.html
either as part of that document, or another one just like it, but for
deploying.  If there's anybody who feels comfortable they know all the
options and issues and how to explain this, providing some
documentation patches on this stuff could really help here...
