I installed tools-1.4.jar manually already, so I don't know exacly what artifact use this dependency.
But I have the same problem again with another artifact, with "p6spy" (http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/p6spy/p6spy/1.3/p6spy-1.3.pom). It needs a several dependencies, one of them is "oracle:classes12:9.2.0.5:jar". I am sure, I do not need to use any internal dependencies of p6spy. How can I disable artifact's dependency loading?
