hi,

this didn't seem to do much, so I did some digging in the code and found
I was missing this from settings.xml:


    <profiles>
      <profile>
        <active>true</active>
        <localRepository>c:/Documents and
Settings/langfors/.m2/repository</localRepository>
      </profile>
    </profiles>

alpha-1 didn't require this, might be handy to put into the readme?
